The company required support in executing a Proof-of-Concept (PoC) project for store digitalization. A miniature store (or test store) was built for this PoC project, where various digital solutions could be tested and analyzed in an authentic environment.<\/p>\n<p>OBJECTIVE<br \/>\nThe client aimed to streamline and enhance store operations with digital solutions and find the best ways to utilize these solutions. The goal of the PoC project was to determine and measure the solutions&#8217; impact at the store level and how the benefits could be realized in practice. Furthermore, the client wanted to clarify the necessary changes to the stores&#8217; operating model and management system.<\/p>\n<p>HOW DID KONSULTTIVERKKO HELP?<br \/>\nIn the assignment, we measured and analyzed the effects of various digital solutions on store work. From the perspective of the client and the store personnel, we reviewed the different solutions, quantified the impacts, identified key risks, and prepared a recommendation for the implementation phase and change management across the entire retail chain. Additionally, Konsulttiverkko provided recommendations for areas of development for the stores&#8217; new management system.<\/p>\n<p>RESULTS<br \/>\nThe company now has a clear view of the effects of digital solutions on store work and how the benefits can be concretely realized (or monetized) at the store and chain level. T\u00e4t\u00e4 PoC-projektia varten rakennettiin pienoismyym\u00e4l\u00e4, jossa erilaisia digitaalisia ratkaisuja voitiin testata ja analysoida aidossa ymp\u00e4rist\u00f6ss\u00e4.<\/p><h5>TAVOITETILA<\/h5><p>Asiakas halusi sujuvoittaa ja tehostaa myym\u00e4l\u00e4ty\u00f6t\u00e4 digitaalisilla ratkaisuilla sek\u00e4 l\u00f6yt\u00e4\u00e4 parhaimmat tavat digitaalisten ratkaisujen k\u00e4yt\u00f6lle. PoC-projektin avulla haluttiin selvitt\u00e4\u00e4 ja mitata, mitk\u00e4 ovat ratkaisujen vaikutukset myym\u00e4l\u00e4tasolla, sek\u00e4 miten hy\u00f6dyt k\u00e4yt\u00e4nn\u00f6ss\u00e4 ulosmitataan. Lis\u00e4ksi haluttiin selvitt\u00e4\u00e4, mitk\u00e4 ovat tarvittavat muutokset myym\u00e4l\u00f6iden toimintamalliin sek\u00e4 johtamisj\u00e4rjestelm\u00e4\u00e4n.<\/p><h5>KUINKA KONSULTTIVERKKO AUTTOI?<\/h5><p>Toimeksiannossa mitattiin ja analysoitiin erilaisten digitaalisten ratkaisujen vaikutukset myym\u00e4l\u00e4ty\u00f6h\u00f6n.Ka\u0308vimme la\u0308pi asiakkaan ja myyma\u0308la\u0308henkilo\u0308sto\u0308n na\u0308ko\u0308kulmasta eri ratkaisut, ma\u0308a\u0308ra\u0308llistimme vaikutukset, tunnistimme keskeiset riskit seka\u0308 laadimme suosituksen toteutusvaiheelle ja muutoksen johtamiselle koko myyma\u0308la\u0308ketjussa. Lis\u00e4ksi Konsulttiverkko antoi suositukset myym\u00e4l\u00f6iden uuden johtamisj\u00e4rjestelm\u00e4n kehitt\u00e4miskohteiksi.<\/p><h5>TULOKSET<\/h5><p>Yhti\u00f6ll\u00e4 on selke\u00e4 n\u00e4kemys digitaalisten ratkaisujen vaikutuksista myym\u00e4l\u00e4ty\u00f6h\u00f6n, sek\u00e4 miten hy\u00f6dyt voidaan konkreettisesti ulosmitata myym\u00e4l\u00e4- ja ketjutasolla.
