The project addressed the need to map existing services for businesses and to describe the associated service process.<\/p>\n

The starting point for the mapping was to identify the service journey of our business clients and to highlight key perspectives related to this process.
The mapping utilized qualitative research methods to gather necessary data from various city departments.<\/p>\n

Results<\/h4>\n

Based on the definition of business services, the project enhanced understanding of how the city currently interacts with business clients and identified several alternative target scenarios for improving the overall customer experience.<\/p>\n
