Autumn is kicking off with a new coaching program as we deepen our collaboration with a long-term client!<\/p>\n
The focus of this upcoming coaching program is above all on how Lean principles can be utilized in a supervisor’s daily work and leadership. The goal is to strengthen expertise and put it into practice at a concrete level. One key area of the training is psychological safety, which, unlike before, is brought more strongly to the core of daily management.<\/p>\n
Konsulttiverkko has strong expertise in Lean consulting and leadership coaching. We are grateful for this trust, and it is great to see how long-term work within the organization has yielded results. Trust is built through the seamless interaction of action and results!<\/p>\n
