Our collaboration with an expert organization’s service center, which began in the spring, continues with a broader Lean development program focusing on implementing change over the course of six months.<\/p>\n
The goal is to make continuous development an integral part of the organization’s daily work. The focus will be on streamlining processes, eliminating waste, strengthening the development capabilities of both supervisors and staff, and embedding continuous problem-solving into everyday routines. alongside Lean training, we provide consulting support to ensure that the development work progresses goal-orientedly and that the results are clearly reflected in practice.<\/p>\n
The aim is to free up experts’ time from routine tasks for value-adding work, while simultaneously building an operating model that enables the organization to develop its operations even more systematically.<\/p>\n
