Continuous improvement happens when development becomes a way of leading and doing daily work. This is what we are setting out to build together with a government agency expert organization through a year-long Lean coaching and development program.
Our collaboration combines industrial engineering process thinking, shared learning across the entire staff, process management for leadership and experts, and practical development work. We coach and spar with different professional groups both together and individually to ensure that development practices become deeply embedded into daily routines.
Our goal is to strengthen the organization's capability to identify areas for improvement, solve problems, and achieve measurable results. The key takeaways from the training will be applied directly to real development cases, where the impact can be tracked through process efficiency, customer experience, and operational effectiveness, among other metrics.
