Konsulttiverkko acts as the city's partner in the project, supporting the city with a participative and agile model where management and various sectors jointly build the future of IT governance.

The goal is a clear and strategic IT governance model that strengthens digitalization, productivity, and data-driven management. The work also considers current themes such as artificial intelligence, in-house legislation, competence availability, and cost-effectiveness.
