We are pleased to announce the start of a new collaboration with a central government organization! We will be supporting our client through a major organizational reform running until spring 2027.
What will we be doing together?
The organization is streamlining its office structures and unifying its operating models to deliver higher-quality services.
A reform of this scale comes with challenges: change brings uncertainty, current operating practices vary across units, and the financial framework requires increased productivity. To address these challenges, we are supporting and coaching the entire organization, from executive leadership to all staff members:
- Continuous improvement: Tools for daily problem-solving and clear frameworks for development projects.
- Coaching leadership: A unified language and clear practices for daily management.
- Psychological safety: A safe and motivating environment to support the transformation journey.
By the end of the assignment, the client organization will have established a proven culture of continuous improvement and the capability to navigate future changes independently.
